Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Egyptian iB Card app and website provided by IB EGYPTIAN Company, Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The Egyptian iB Card is an annual membership that gives members exclusive discount rates with merchants and service providers contracted with us across 12 sectors, using a digital card with a rotating QR code.
2. Membership and points
The annual membership costs EGP 300, and in return the member receives 12,000 benefit points.
Benefit points only track the use of exclusive discount rates. They are non-cash, cannot be refunded, are never converted into money under any circumstances, and may not be sold or transferred.
The membership and points expire one year after the payment date, and any remaining balance does not carry over to a new membership.
If a member uses their full balance before the year ends, they may renew immediately. The new membership starts with 12,000 points, valid for one year from the new payment date.
3. Using the card
The card is personal and may not be shared. The QR code is shown to the merchant at purchase; the merchant enters the bill amount, and the system calculates the discount and deducts the matching points.
We may suspend any card that is misused or used fraudulently.
4. Merchants and penalty clause
Contracted merchants must apply the agreed discount rate. If a merchant refuses, the member can report it in the app with a photo of the bill, and management may suspend the merchant's account and apply the penalty set out in its contract.
Merchants are responsible for the quality of their products and services; the company is not a party to the sale between the member and the merchant.
5. Payment
Payment is made electronically through a licensed payment provider (bank cards, mobile wallets, payment outlets). We do not store your card details on our servers.
6. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes through the app or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
